See My Work at the World's Largest Quilt Show!
These 2 photos are part of the 2011 "Eye of the Quilter" exhibit at the International Quilt Market & Festival in Houston, Oct 29- Nov 6, 2011. Both photos are full-frame, unedited compositions. Much as I love to go places and take photos, both of these were taken in my own back yard!

Bugs at Bluebonnet
The butterfly shots are less than awesome, but I was happy to get something. I deleted at least 3 shots each for the butterflies and dragonfly and probably 6 or 7 for the spider. The huge black (crickets? grasshoppers?) were everywhere, as were the giant orb spiders. All pictures taken at Bluebonnet Swamp, Baton Rouge on August 9, 2009.
